Employment support

At NHS Havering Talking Therapies we have a dedicated team of Employment Specialists who work with clinical teams to support adults and young people receiving mental health services to find or keep the right job for them.

Clients can access this service if they are currently on our waiting list or currently in treatment with NHS Havering Talking Therapies. Speak to your therapist today about making a referral to see an Employment Advisor. 

Our Employment Specalists can help break down barriers and challenges faced by:

• preparing you for interviews
• working with colleagues to explore possible changes in medication
• advising on reasonable adjustments at work
• finding strategies to meet clients' goals
• being creative in job searches
